These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI for Bookkeepers website, newsletter, subscriber prompt vaults, and any related free or paid subscription services (the "Services"), operated by Crimson Consulting Group ("AI for Bookkeepers," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid subscription.
AI for Bookkeepers provides a weekly newsletter and two subscriber prompt vaults for independent bookkeepers: the Starter Vault (free tier) and the Resource Vault (paid tier). Free subscribers receive the free lead magnet, welcome sequence, and Starter Vault access. Paid subscribers receive weekly newsletter issues and full Resource Vault access, billed at $29 per month for founding members (locked in for as long as the subscription remains active) or $39 per month for the standard rate.
Before you subscribe, we will clearly show the price, billing frequency, and how to cancel. By subscribing, you agree that your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time, online, through your account. Cancellation requires no phone call and no contact with support; it takes the same number of steps as signing up. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access through the end of the current billing period.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We may change subscription pricing for new or standard subscribers. Founding members retain the $29 per month rate for as long as they remain continuously subscribed. Standard subscribers will be notified in advance of any price change and may cancel before it takes effect.
You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share newsletter or vault content without our written permission
You may not use our content to train or improve any AI or machine learning system without our written permission
You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Services
You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with normal operation of the Services
All newsletter issues, prompts, templates, and vault content are owned by Crimson Consulting Group or its licensors. Subscribing grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use this content in your own bookkeeping practice. It does not grant you the right to resell or redistribute it.
The Services provide educational content and prompt templates. They are not legal, tax, or accounting advice, and are not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before using it with your own clients.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to reimburse us for any losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services, including any claim brought by a third party as a result of how you used content from the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
We provide the Services globally and welcome subscribers from outside the United States. The Services are designed for a United States audience. If you access the Services from another country, you are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to you where you live. These Terms are governed by California law regardless of where you access the Services from.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
We will send legal notices and notices about these Terms to the email address associated with your account. By using the Services, you agree that email satisfies any requirement that a notice be in writing.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
